Skincare: Lotion mask

Lotion mask or how to look like a mummy to have a good hydrated skin

ENG It was also by reading Sonia's Blog (french blog) that i discovered the method of  lotion mask. This skincare method is actually from Chizu Saeki a japanese beauty guru, who wrote the book "The Japanese Skincare Revolution: How to Have the Most Beautiful Skin of Your Life - at Any Age".
Chizu recommends to let the mask for 3 minutes on your skin but Sonia tried 1 hour and said that it gave a wonderful result, that's why she recommended her readers to let it for 1 hour or at least 30 minutes and see the results from themself. I also tried that 1 hour and must say that my skin looked really hydrated, bright and plumped.
* Don't let the mask dry. If you feel that it isn't moist enough anymore, spray your lotion/thermal water on it to keep it moist.
* It's also important to put a serum or cream or a carrier oil (hier my post about the use of oils as skincare) directly after the mask. It'll retain the moisture in the skin.

Diese pflege ist eingentlich von Chizu Saeki eine beruhmte japanische "Beauty Guru", die das Buch  "The Japanese Skincare Revolution: How to Have the Most Beautiful Skin of Your Life - at Any Age" geschrieben hat.

The Japanese Skincare Revolution: How to Have the Most Beautiful Skin of Your Life - at Any Age".

Beauty & Skincare: Oils for the skin

original picture from greschoj

ENG Natural vegtable oils are really good for the skin because:
✗ they help it to stay hydrated by keeping the water inside
✗ some of them can help  to regulate the sebum of oily skins
✗ and they penetrated deeper than a normal cream, poor of natural oils and full of silicons which oft just  stay at the  surface.
* Always choose oils 100% pure, cold pressed ,bio and is always good to know which oils are  comedogenic  to avoid some skin reactions.

Skincare Routine: The Layering

ENG Like a lot of people or should i say french people i discovered this skincare routine trough Sonia's  Blog. The layering is actually a japanese skincare routine, that japanese women use to maintain their skin face beautiful. After her trip in Japan Sonia decided to write about this routine and then it became really popular in France. Others girls also began to talk about the layering, the were videos on youtube about it, and that was so popular that Sonia also create a group on facebook, were people can talk about their routine, ask things to others or share advices etc... When you look at it, the steps (below) are almost the same at what all people do, i mean use a facial cleanser, put on creams etc...but i think not everybody use oil to remove make-up or lotion after the cleasing. In fact what's really particular is this japanese is it; that women can use more than 2 creams or serums that they superimpose on their skins and of course the double cleansing; first with an oil cleanser and then with normal cleanser.
